Hello October,

Part of me loves the spooky season, but part of me is sad that the nights are now longer than the days all the way through to late March,

I really don't know where this year has gone. It is now over a year since I was in hospital and my health is so much improved.

I have a favour to ask of you. Please check your breasts or chest every month.
